Boat rental qualifies I think is a boat whistle..It's probably a referees whistle has no markings other than the fact there's a little stick on gold sticker that says made in Taiwan Republic of China I do not recall ever saying that before on anything either made in Taiwan or made in China but I've never seen one like that and again that's just a sticker it has another marking I don't know who made it you just stick it in your mouth and blow and it's loud I might have woke up the neighbors and I could be in serious trouble, could be a fine. If you're not jogging you need a taser you need to have you some protection like some maze and you need to always have a whistle you have to have a whistle on a boat that's for sure so as part of your agreement to register a boat and have it on the water you have to have a whistle on the boat so just to qualify for a boat missile along with your life jackets the the throat thing you throw out there too you're going to have one of them so it's available for a boat
