Has chrome extenders/adapters on side mounts. This was on a big als suspension front fork on a 185s, this is meant for triple trees with fork tubes, not sure exact fork tubes they mount to. Or you could always take the adapters off and run it on a stock oem fork. Mudflap is twisted to the side for shipping/ storage purposes, is missing one bolt, but can be turned back out to be mounted as normal.
