Insert the threaded nut into the hole and heat the nut with a soldering iron. After heating, the threaded insert is pressed into the part.

Then install the screws with the cooled nuts. Nuts can be easily inserted into plastic parts using ultrasound or a soldering iron.

Knurled nuts are designed for thermoplastics. Threaded Insert Nuts are threaded connections for injection molding, circuit board assembly, electronics and most plastic fasteners such as PLA, PP, ABS, PETG.
