This is a vintage Mix 'n' Match HO scale building kit by IHC, specifically the Sousa House (kit #3610), designed for creating background buildings in model train layouts. These fun and easy to build kits enhance the perceived depth of layouts while taking up very little space due to it’s shallow depth profile. 
It is part of a series including Sousa House (3610), Barnum House (3611), Hill House (3612), and Mason House (3613). These kits contain a full color printed sheet for the front of the building, to make finishing much easier. These kits were designed to be combined with each other, with roofs & steps being interchangeable to make a large variety of different buildings.
