Items are stored in our smoke-free warehouse until sold and shipped out.
Boxes with dents or scratches are not considered "damaged" and cannot be replaced.
We do not offer an overnight shipping option
We ship same day or next day
We reserve the right to use the most economical shipping method on all items with free shipping.
If item does not ship free ~ please add shipping insurance at time of purchase to cover full value of your item.
(There is always a chance of damage/lost ~ nobody wants to only get $100 back for a $400 item.)
We may add signature confirmation to expensive items to ensure proper delivery
Information For All International Sales
If you are buying from another country, we utilize eBay's International Shipping for all international purchases.
If the item you wish to purchase is listed with free shipping in the US, then shipping costs to eBay's International shipping hub are free.
The receipt inside the box will show all items purchased valued at the price paid.
(FYI - When your package arrives safely at the shipping hub - eBay's International Shipping becomes the responsible party for your purchase.)

eBay International
Shipping / Returns FAQ's
eBay International Shipping offers both Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) and Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) options to buyers. Import charges may be collected from the buyer at checkout or on delivery, either through customs or directly by the carrier. These charges include any customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees.
All International return inquiries need to be directed to eBay's International Shipping department.
How do refunds work for items shipped through eBay International Shipping? When your return is received back at the US hub, they inspect it to make sure it's in the same condition. They then issue the refund to your original or selected payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item.
If Lost Or Damaged
When your purchase arrives at eBay's International Shipping Hub our responsibility and control of your purchase ends. There is little we can do except send you the tracking#. Please contact eBay's International Shipping with any receiving or damage issues with your purchase, Thank You.
US Residents
Returns & Damaged Instructions
All International return inquiries need to be directed to eBay's International Shipping department.
Domestic returns will vary per item and listing.
Returnable
On items we allow returns, our policy is 14 days. If requesting to return an undamaged returnable item:
1.) Buyer/Seller responsibility for shipping costs varies depending on the item & reason for return.
2.) If any of the original packaging is missing or unusable please inform us when you contact us.
3.) Needs to arrive back (within 5 days) in it's original entirety before any refund amount will be processed.
Non-Returnable
We DO NOT accept return requests for no return listings.
If you decide to purchase a non-returnable item *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*, please do not ask to return your purchase.
If Damaged
International issues need to be directed to eBay's International Shipping Department.
This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
Sorry- We do not offer replacements
If your item arrives damaged "it is not our doing" and becomes the carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the item's value.
Please let us know within 3 days and send photos for the on-line claim.
(include photo of outer box with our shipping label/tracking#)
Claim options are:
1. Buyer can file the online claim and receive the payment directly(fastest option)
2. We do the claim and have eBay credit the initial payment after we receive the reimbursement
(this can take 4-6 weeks depending on the carrier/time of year)
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.
3. Or, a buyer can choose to utilize eBay's Money Back Guarantee. (Or...if claiming an item is not as described)
Our process for this is:
a) Item will need to be shipped back (All items-No exceptions)
b) Buyer is responsible for return postage
c) Item must be back to us within 5 business days in it's original entirety before any refund amount is processed.
