This book is in acceptable second hand condition.  Moderate wearing to the cover, edgewear, leather bound, binding exposed inside the front cover.  Multiple loose and torn pages as per pictures, understandable for a book that is over 100 years old.  No pages are missing.  There are some notations in pencil and a few stains here and there.  See photos for further condition examples.  Notation on the title page.
