1. First select the appropriate welding tip according to the size of the stud, adjust the positioning screw in the welding tip, then insert it into the gun head of the welding torch, and tighten it carefully with a wrench. Then insert the stud to observe, the stud should be 5-8mm higher than the three support rods of the welding torch. Then connect the 220V power supply, and make the welding machine reliable grounding. Turn on the power switch, the digital meter displays the welding voltage, adjust the "voltage adjustment" knob to the appropriate voltage according to the size of the stud used. The specifications and voltage matching can be fine-tuned as follows:

2. Remove oil and rust on the workpiece to avoid spark splashing or weak welding due to poor contact.
3. The stud is installed in the gun mouth. Make the welding gun perpendicular to the base material and exerts a slight pressure.
4. Press the micro switch on the handle of the torch, and the welding will be completed after a "pop".
5. Adjust different voltages and observe the welding effect, subject to the firmness of the welding and the welding place is well connected and flat.
6. Adjust the voltage according to the above experiment results and then welding.
7. The larger the output voltage, the larger the diameter of the welded stud.
8. As for the repairing of sheet metal, after welding, screw the pulling ring on the stud, and use a pulling tools with a thermal spray gun to heat the damaged part and flatten the sheet metal.

Matters needing attention:

1.Ensure that the product is connected to the grounding wire and the grounding power cord in good condition (any screw on the machine shell can be grounded).

2.Ensure that the workbench is connected to the grounding device (any screw on the machine shell can be grounded).

3.It is necessary to prevent the operator from contacting the metal parts to be welded without protection or wearing wet clothes.

4.Avoid touching the place to be welded.

5.Do not do spot welding in a very humid place or on a wet floor.

6.Do not use frayed and cut cables for welding. Check whether the cable has insulation defects, exposed copper wires, loose connections, leakage and other unsafe factors.

7.When replacing the electric wire, please turn off the machine first.

8.Before all inspection and maintenance, turn off the machine and cut off the power plug directly.
