These care tips would help you keep your jewelry shiny and sparkly in a great condition for a lifetime.

● Please use the original cloth to clean your jewelry. Or only use a fine, microfiber, or gemstone polishing cloth to clean your jewelry.

● Don't use any chemical agents to clean the jewelry.

● You can use ultrasonic cleaners or any other diamond cleaning agents for cleaning the jewelry.

● Avoid wearing them at the beach or when playing rough sports and activities.

● Always keep your jewelry in the same safe places where you always keep your jewelry, to avoid losing it. Avoid leaving your jewelry at random places.

● Take off your jewelry before participating in any activities that are considered abrasive to your hands, body or jewelry. Like: lifting, moving, gardening, hiking, washing dishes, etc…

● Avoid exposing your jewelry to extreme temperature environments, hot or cold.

● Avoid storing your jewelry in extremely dry or extreme moisture environments for long periods of time.

● Send it to us every once in a while for FREE cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and re-plating. This will increase the lifespan of your jewel and always keep it as gorgeous as it’s supposed to be.

- All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address you entered through your eBay Order. If you accidentally put the wrong address when placing your order, you can update us with the right address before we ship out your package. 

- Once it’s shipped, we can’t stop it. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement parcels due to incorrect addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing the order. All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us soon after receiving your package. You have 60 days to return it, but the sooner, the better. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. We will return 100% of your money via the same way you paid, once we get back the jewelry. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. 

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers. Therefore before you return anything, you have to message us so we give you a specific address and instructions. Then you can return it to the address we give you via an insured shipping method with a valid tracking code.

Leyloon Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
