Shipping

We always try to ship items as fast as possible with most of our USA deliveries using a 5-7 day shipping service unless otherwise stated. There is no shipping or delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays, Federal Holidays or Legal Holidays. If any single item weighs over 175 lbs, we may use a pallet delivery service, which will include the cost of a lift gate (if needed) and will be on a Driveway Only service.

We offer free shipping to most USA states based on delivery zones set by our shipping partners. This covers most of the USA but some zip codes and states are not included.  If shipping to your area is not available in the cart, please contact us to get in touch with us.

While most orders are delivered successfully, delivery dates are not guaranteed and packages are not considered missing or lost until they are 72 hours past the expected delivery window.

If items are not in stock or have a different delivery schedule, this will be specified in the product information. We will let you know of any delay in writing within 1 business day.

Returns

We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. 

Returns
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive an authorization number. 

Goods should be returned in a condition suitable for resale and where possible should be returned in their original packaging.

Goods which are manufactured specifically for an order and shipped correctly are not returnable.

If the wrong item is received it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.  Arrangements will then be made for the incorrect item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched.

Warranty

We at Warrior understand the importance of warranty for service & repair, we offer a minimum 5-year warranty on all of our Industrial grade winches defined below; An Industrial winch is deemed as such:

- Any winch regardless of capacity that is used in a commercial setting for the purposes of receiving monetary compensation or earnings
- Any winch regardless of capacity that is fastened to a commercial trailer or towing
- Winch Range Warranties: Gladiator Range 7 years / JR Range 5 years / JP Range 5 years / Terminator range 5 years / Samauri range 5 years / NH range 5 years / YP Range 5 years / RV Range 5 years
- For the avoidance of doubt our Trojan, Stealth and Ninja ranges are defined as non-industrial, therefore have a 3 year warranty. Titan winches are given a 5 year warranty.
