At ONSEI-STORE, we don't just sell antique watches; we ensure they are in the best possible condition for you to enjoy. That's why, upon receiving your order, we send the watch to our dedicated watchmaker for a complete overhaul (OH). This process takes approximately 1 to 2 months to complete before we ship your watch.
Our highly skilled watchmaker, who holds a Grade 1 Watchmaker's Certification, performs a meticulous and thorough overhaul. This includes:
Complete disassembly of the watch movement
Replacement of worn parts, such as gaskets
Cleaning and lubrication of all internal components
Precision adjustment to achieve a daily rate of approximately ±1 minute
When we deliver your watch, we will include a special ONSEI-STORE overhaul certificate, as well as photos of the disassembly and maintenance process. This documentation provides a transparent record of the work performed on your timepiece.
While we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned item will never break, this comprehensive overhaul is our way of ensuring that you can fully enjoy the watch's intended performance and use it with peace of mind for years to come. We appreciate your understanding of this process.
We usually ship within 5〜10 business days of receiving cleared payment.
We ship using FedEx, DHL and Japan Post.
