I'm not sure but from memory, I think this is a Behr brand. 

I had an hvac problem, replaced both the regulator and fan. Turned out that the problem was the regulator and not the fan. 

The squirrel cages have a bit of wobble to them but work fine. 

Sold as-is, no returns.
