I. About Cards
Condition:Ungraded - Near Mint
Near Mint(NM):Minor imperfections allowed, such as:
- A few small white edge points.
- Tiny scratches visible under close inspection.
- Slight manufacturing flaws like barely noticeable ink flecks
- Minimal edge-size unevenness (subtle“larger/smaller side”) that does not detract from overall visual appeal.
II. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Arrangement
We will arrange for the card to be shipped within 1-7 days after receiving your payment.
- After payment or before shipment, you may request us to take photos of the card for your confirmation.
- If you are not satisfied with the card (based on the provided photos), you may request to cancel the order, and we will process it accordingly.
III. Shipping Methods
We offer two fully trackable shipping methods, with specific information as shown in the table below:

- Mandatory Express Shipping Requirement: For orders with a total value exceeding $500, express shipping is mandatory—standard shipping will not be available for such orders.
IV. Packaging Standards
To ensure your card arrives in perfect condition, we implement strict packaging protocols:
- Each card undergoes a careful inspection to confirm its quality before packaging.
- We equip every card with:
- A card sleeve (to protect the card surface from scratches and minor wear);
- A top-loader card holder (to prevent bending, creasing, or damage from external impact);
- Additional protective materials (e.g., cushioning foam, rigid envelopes) inside the shipping package to avoid damage during transit.
V. Important Notice on Card Condition Disputes
While issues with card condition upon arrival are extremely rare, to facilitate fair and efficient resolution of any potential disputes, we kindly request that you:
- Record a complete video of the unboxing process (starting from opening the outer shipping package to removing the card from its sleeve/top-loader).
- Take clear, high-resolution photos of the card (front, back, and any details if needed) and the original packaging during unboxing.
This documentation will serve as key evidence to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
VI. Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
- Exclusion from Product/Shipping Costs: Import duties, taxes, and other related fees are not included in the card’s purchase price or the shipping cost. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Pre-Purchase Advisory: We strongly recommend consulting your local customs authority before bidding or purchasing to inquire about the exact amount of these additional fees, as they vary by country/region and product category.
- Collection Method: These fees are typically collected by the courier company at the time of delivery or when you pick up the package. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
