Shipping & Taxes:
*Any size larger than 7 feet wide will be shipped folded. So, you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it is very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage.
*Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange:
1. Return or exchange period is 30 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.
2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it is returned.
Cancellations:
1. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. If the period of 24 hours passes and you still want to cancel your order, then there will be a certain percentage of cancellation charge because cancellation of any order in mid-production has a cost.
