Installation Instructions:
Fender Flares
-The best way I have found to install the Fender Flares is to line one up, then drill out the first hole. Place a bolt with a nut to tighten it down. This helps lining it up along the body for later holes. Next, skip the next one or two and drill out another hole. Bolt that one down and then keep going, skipping a couple just to get the main part lined up and mounted. Then go back and drill out the rest of the mounting holes. Body Skid Kit
-Hood Skid uses (5) M3x10mm bolts. Just center the skid on the hood as pictured, drill the first hole and bolt it down the keep it lined up. (Remember each skid has a "spacer" part that goes between the nut and inside of the body shell) Next, continue drilling and bolting down the hood skid.
-Roof Skids use (4) M3x13mm bolts. These will use the same holes as the stock ones did and just bolt into the pre-installed nuts.
-Rear Skids use (4) M3x10mm bolts. Just line up the skid and drill the first hole. Bolt it up using the spacer. Then drill and mount the second bolt. Repeat for the other Skid.
Mud Guards
-Installation of the Mud Guards requires you to drill a small 7/64” hole in the lower suspension arm. First, mount the Mud Guard in place with the lower shock mounting bolt. Then, line up the part flush with the bottom of the suspension arm. Use the remaining hole to lineup the drill bit and proceed to drill all the way through the suspension arm. Screw in the M3×8mm bolt and your Mud Guard is mounted!
Body Support Braces
To install the front support, simply unscrew the three bolts that are in front of the shock tower. Align the front support in the holes and use the included M3×16mm (2) and M3×10mm (1) bolts to secure it.
Next, move to the rear and simply secure the rear support with the included M3×10mm (2) bolts onto the empty posts.
Make sure the access hole in the support faces forward. This is to access one of the gear cover bolts.
Rear Mud Flap Kit
First install the Bumper Brace pieces by pressing them into place. (Note the orientation of these pieces and that the bolt holes align) At this time it is easiest to insert the two nuts into the support bar. (These nuts will be facing downwards in the next step!) Next, Mount the flaps to the bar using the included M3×14mm hardware. (Flaps will be positioned on the side of the bar with the head of the bolt) After both flaps are mounted, proceed to line up the bar to the underside of the bumper brace. Use the included M3×20mm hardware to attach the bar. (Face the nuts towards the tires) Refer to listing photos for assembly if needed.
Front Bumper Support
Simply insert the larger piece into the stock bumper and it should just click into place.
