Returns are accepted, but any returns due to change of mind, are paid by the buyer.  Item must be returned in the same condition that it went out.  Also, the tag on any new items MUST be still attached if you want a refund.  I cannot sell the item as NEW with tags a second time if they're not still attached to the item.  If the item is not returned in these conditions you may not receive a full refund.
