Scott Walker - Lights of Cincinnati b/w Two Weeks Since You've Gone (Smash 2228). Good summer of 1969 Pop Rock by singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer Walker who was Lead singer of The Walker Brothers. The group moved to the UK in 1965 in search of success and he remained a resident until his death. The song was Walker's third solo single in the UK and was a moderate hit spending ten weeks on the UK Singles Chart and peaking at No. 13 in July 1969. The single also made the Irish Singles Chart peaking at No. 20. However, it was not promoted in the US and failed to chart. Take a listen. DJ copy. Record is in strong VG+ condition (Has station writing on each label.)
