The laminating machine is a professional

Attention |

Features |

|
The control panel has a compact structure
and well integrals multiple functions. The operator can easily control
the laminator through the control panel, the user experience is high,
and the practicability is high.

- Digital Display
The laminator is equipped with a digital display and has a
protection function and an automatic memory function. It can be
protected if the sensor has faults. The last temperature can be
stored automatically by the laminator.
- Temperature Control
The laminating temperature can be controlled and adjusted within the
range of 1-160 DEG C by pressing the ‘-’ and ‘+’ buttons. The
current temperature of the heated rollers can also be displayed on
the digital display. A buzzer will sound when the machine reaches
the preset temperature. Temperature adjustment and control are easy
and convenient.
- Operation Buttons
There are 3 operation buttons on the control panel.
（1）Press the ‘Up’ buttons, the machine starts to operate normally.
（2）When the paper is rolled into the machine accidentally, the
operator can press the ‘Down’ button, the rollers reversely rotate
to push the paper back, and the paper can be taken out.
（3）Press the ‘Stop’ button, the machine stops running.
- Mode Selection
The laminating machine has 3 operating modes, and the operator can
press the ‘Mode’ button to select the operating modes so as to
conduct the required laminating operation.
（1）Both rollers are heated to conduct double-sided and pouch
laminating operation.
（2）The top roller is heated to conduct single-sided laminating
operation.
（3）Both rollers are not heated to conduct cold laminating operation.

| The two
tension adjustment screws are designed for the laminating
machine, the tension of the film rolls can be adjusted properly
as required, folds and bubbles can be effectively eliminated,
the film can be kept tightened evenly, the material deviation
and waste can be avoided, and the laminating effect can be well
ensured. |

Pressure adjusting
screws and roller gap adjusting screws are arranged for the
laminating rollers. The gap and pressure between the laminating
rollers are adjustable so that the laminator can adapt to
various materials with different thicknesses, bubbles can be
well removed, and the attachment compaction effect can be
improved. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Install the film rolls as required
according to the guide diagram.
Note: Please pay attention to distinguish the basic side from the
adhesive side of the film in the using process.

2. Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply, turn on the power switch, set the required temperature, and
select the laminating mode.
Note: The laminating temperature can be set within the range of 80-100
DEG C.

3. After reaching the required temperature,
press the ‘Up’ button, manually fed the to-be-laminated materials onto
the paper feeding platform and start to conduct laminating operation
automatically. |
|
4. Discharge the finished product from the
paper discharging rollers. |
|
5. Press the ‘Stop’ button to stop
laminating, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply. |
