Laser Tools 9210 Bi-Directional Pneumatic Air/Slide Hammer
Features and Benefits:
- A workshop air powered slide hammer.
- The
Laser 9210 uses standard workshop air to extract (pull) or insert
(push) by automatically forcing the hammer weight in one direction or
the other.
- Uses air hammer technology but set around a central shaft.
- In
a standard slide hammer, the force that drives the impact is generated
purely by the momentum of the sliding weight as it slams into the impact
surface.
- This sudden stop translates a significant shock directly through the handle and the weight into the user's hands and arms.
- Over
time, or with frequent use, this repetitive impact can lead to
discomfort, fatigue, and even injuries like vibration white finger or
carpal tunnel syndrome.
- The use of an air powered slide hammer significantly reduces this issue.
- Main tool thread M18 x 2.0mm.
- Also supplied with 2x thread adaptors (M14 x 1.5mm & 5/8" UNF) & air chisel adaptor.
