Testing Method:
1. This is a buck-type constant current board with an input range of 5-32V. The input voltage must exceed the LED's required voltage by at least 1V; otherwise, the current will not reach the set value. For example, two strings of 6V LEDs require at least 7V input to illuminate—5V input will not activate them.
2. This is a constant-current board, not a buck voltage regulator. It controls only current; voltage automatically adjusts to the LED's required voltage. For example, with a single 3V LED connected, the input voltage (5-32V) will maintain the LED's voltage at approximately 3V. Two strings will require around 6V. Do not measure output voltage under no-load conditions, as no-load output equals input voltage and is a phantom voltage.
3. Output current calculation formula: 1 = 0.1 / RCS. The board's maximum current is determined by the resistor values. R200 = 500mA, R330 = 300mA, 1R = 100mA. The board has only one sampling resistor (1R = 100mA). Two 1R resistors in parallel provide 100mA + 100mA = 200mA. One R330 = 300mA, two R330 = 600mA; R200 = 500mA, R200 + R200 = 1A, R200 + R330 = 800mA
