Two arms attached, comes without the ceiling mount. No electrical cord, no adapter/transformer.

The lamp features its three original blue lenses, which can still rotate inside the housing by turning the central adjustment knob. Every part of the pole system is adjustable, making it easy to direct the light exactly where you want it.
