The photos show everything. Not sure the age, definitely vintage. The Vintage J-MARK AIR NOZZLE, manufactured by ELECTRO SPECIALTY MFG Co. in Minneapolis, Minn., is a rare collectible tool that harkens back to a bygone era of American craftsmanship. The brand name J-MARK signifies quality and precision, while the fact that it was made in the United States adds to its appeal as a piece of industrial history. This unique air nozzle is sure to be a prized possession for any collector of vintage tools and hardware.  I have no idea what it actually was intended for, nor do I know if or how it works. And I cannot guarantee it, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work as intended, I just don't know how it is intended to work. The photos are the description and they show the condition.
