Return Policy

Because most of our products are custom-designed or made-to-order, we do not accept general returns for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we will accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• There was a manufacturing flaw that affects functionality or installation

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if necessary) or instructions.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under these conditions:

• The return meets our criteria (see above)
• A replacement cannot be offered
• The item was not installed or modified

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. If you prefer a replacement item, let us know during your return request.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Installed or modified items
• Items returned without prior approval
• Orders past the 7-day notification window
• Digital content or downloadable items
