This is a rare gallery quality pair of 19C period English Staffordshire pug bull terrier models. Beautiful and in excellent surviving condition with no breaks or cracks which is not commonly found in this rarely seen model with four separate legs each, and in a right and left facing pair no less. Minimal expected age related wear and very few original manufacturing anomalies, as are characteristic with these types of antique figures. Smooth to the touch and very pretty. These could be in a museum as superb examples. Here for you to take home to treasure.
