The Green Beret Holding Corporation 1970 Stock Vintage Preliminary Prospectus

Document is framed.  Frame measures approximately 9 3/4" x 11 3/4".

The Green Beret Holding Corporation may have been based out of Smithfield, Virginia and headed by Colonel Edwin E. Brooks (President).  It appears to have been in the real estate business.  Murray, Lind and Company, Inc. was headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.

Frame has heavy wear to include scuffing, surface scratches, dings to the edges and corners, marks and discoloration.  There are a few tears to the paper covering on the back side of the frame.  There are indentions to the wood along the borders of the frame.  Glass on the front of the frame has scratches, smudges and fingerprints from handling.
