In this animated update of the classic Oliver Twist tale, Oliver (Joey Lawrence) is an orphaned kitten taken in by a gang of thieving dogs, led by cavalier canine Dodger (Billy Joel) and owned by down-and-out pickpocket Fagin (Dom DeLuise).

Rough drawings come before the finished drawings, which are used to make the cels. But many people don't realize that the DRAWINGS are where the actual art takes place! Cels are merely copies of the drawings. THIS is the art made by the animator!

This is an amazing rough production drawing in graphite of DODGER during the energetic "Why Should I Worry" song sequence, beginning at the 6:42 timestamp in the movie.  Drawing is 16-field measures approximately 12.5" x 17". We've shown a close-up as the first picture.

Some production wear including waviness on the left half of the page, light yellowing from age (especially near the edges). NOTE: these are SO big they don't fit into our scanner so, they all have 5-hole production strips that can't be seen in our scan AS WELL AS DIALOGUE ON MANY OF THESE!! AND they have the traditional Disney stamp saying "This is the property of Disney..."
