These shoes date from around the 1980’s - Th Alain Harel shoe has its origins in 1922 when Alain’s grandfather Pierre Harel founded the family business, based in Fougères, France specializing in luxury goods. The business produced shoe models for Roger Vivier and Phillipe Venet before launching it own brand in 1969.
Note on Size
These shoes have been tried on to ascertain the modern day size accurately.
The shoes are labelled 40.5. This is a vintage ize and they feel much smaller and fit like a modern day 39 / UK 6 of average width
