Description:

ISY series internal expanding pipe cutter is a light cutter. It is designed for beveling of pipes, the diameters of which are Φ28~Φ360mm. It adopts AC220V motor and internal expanding structure. It is easy to operate it. This technique is advanced. The machine can do groove cut and face-flange cut. The processing technique is superior to traditional technique.

Specification:

Vertical motor position model ISY-150,ISY-250,ISY-351,ISY-630 outline.

1. Brace: To control the expansion of fastening block.

2. Locking nut: Revolve the nut to lock nut to make the fastening block expand. It can fix the machine to pipe.

3. Feeding screw 

4. Feeding wheel: To revolve it to achieve feed or retract.

5. Hand knob：Hold it to carry the machine.

6. Body

7. Cutter head：Equip cutter blade to cutter head.

8. Fastening block：Choose a suitable fastening block according to the internal diameter. Fix the machine to internal wall of pipe by brace.

9. Fastening screw : Select pooper fastening screw according  to the inner diameter  of steel pipe .fix the machine onto the inside wall of the work piece.
