Packaging Philosophy:  We strive to package and ship items to the customer with excellence in mind.  We ship in one of two ways in order to protect the original box from being damaged or from having shipping labels directly applied.  For larger items, we use Kraft paper (rated 50LB 75GSM) and wrap the original item several times around to reduce possible tearing of the package wrap.  For smaller items, we ship in boxes rated 200# (burst strength of 200 PSI) with 1-2 inches of cushioning on all sides of the item.  While we can't guarantee that accidents won't happen during the shipping process, we stand behind our desire for the item to arrive in the same condition as it was sent.

General Disclaimers:  1) For those with sensitivities - product has been lightly dusted (Lemon Pledge or Endust).  Smell dissipates quickly.  2) For battery powered items - we DO NOT GUARANTEE the battery compartment quality since the box would have to be opened.  Therefore, we provide new batteries (ideally Energizer due to no corrosion or leaking) as a courtesy.
