If you are not sure whether or not a part in our store will fit your vehicle, then please message us your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) prior to placing your order so that our experienced parts team can verify the proper compatibility to better assist you. This step ensures that you receive the correct product fitted to your vehicle's specifications.
"Right" (RH) refers to the passenger's side.
"Left" (LH) refers to the driver's side.

• Shipping providers are experiencing delays due to heavy volume and service disruptions. Products may take longer to arrive than normal. If you have any questions in regards to your order, please message us.

• In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
• Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
• Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• We do not ship internationally.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
• We do not ship Cash On Delivery orders.

• Customer satisfaction is our top goal. All products undergo quality checks and are new and in good condition when shipped to our customers. If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product is shipped, please contact us immediately.
• Please contact us first if you have any problems, questions, or concerns. We will be happy to resolve any issues you may have in a cordial and friendly manner.
• We appreciate your positive feedback and will reciprocate. PLEASE DO NOT leave negative feedback without first communicating with us. 
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed to all returned parts.

There are NO returns on airbags, inflators, pretensioners, seatbelts, ECM's, PDM's, BCM's, IPDM's, TCM's, SD cards, or any electrical component.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
