Condition is new old stock, never used. The listing is for one pack of 100 hour hands and one pack of 100 minute hands. The hour hands are 9mm long with the hole approx. 1mm. The minute hands are 14mm long with a hole approx. .3mm. New old stock from a small stock of parts from a former Belair watch co. employee.
