SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 8-10 business days excluding public holidays after your payment has been confirmed. During peak periods or special promotions, there might be a slight delay, but we'll keep you informed.
We only ship to address provided by buyer on ebay. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers or specific delivery instructions.
RETURN & REFUND
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and should receive us within 14 days starting from the day of refund request.
In all cases return charges will be paid by buyer.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be processed through eBay’s secure checkout system.
Payment is required immediately at the time of purchase for Buy It Now items.
If payment is not received within the specified time frame, an unpaid item case may be opened.
For "Best offer" items, payment is expected within 3 days.
