In regards to items without a box (for example "singles" split up from boxes like Combat Patrols): We include assembly instructions whenever possible but cannot always do so due to weight or different units in the assembly guide sharing pages.

The internet has many safe resources for assembly guides that a web search will reveal. Buildinstructions, r/warhammerinstructions, bitzstore and more have many assembly guides.

All miniatures are new on the sprue, unpainted and assembly required. 

All other items such as books, cards, tokens, boards, maps, etc are always brand new in mint condition.
