This is an opened set, with sealed bags that was unused, but we counted the bags and compared to others and we think there's one bag missing. It's possible there's the exact right amount of bags, but we counted one missing. The bags are sealed though. This isn't an exact 1:1 set like most LEGO sets, so it's not like missing a bag is such a big problem. You're basically to make your own LEGO designs with this, so of all the sets to be missing one bag, this is a good one, as it's a sandbox type of set. Currently sells for about $400-500, but with one bag missing, we're only asking $349.99 with free shipping. Definetly a good deal considering dollar per bag / brick.
