Usage steps:

1. Open the lid, insert the mugwort roll, and light it up

2. Ginger slices can be added (according to personal needs)

3. Adjust the moxibustion box to the area to be treated and fix it with a bandage

4. Start moxibustion. Adjust the air outlet according to personal needs to regulate the temperature inside the mugwort box

5. After completion, open the top cover to pour out the dust. Do not wash with water

1. Do not wash your hands or take a bath with cold water half an hour after moxibustion

2. After moxibustion, drink an appropriate amount of warm boiled water (do not drink cold or ice water).

3. Moxibustion should not be performed one hour after a meal. It is contraindicated for pregnant women. Moxibustion is prohibited when the pulse rate exceeds 90 beats per minute. People who are overly hungry or overly full should avoid moxibustion

• Just prior to returning it to us, ensure that there is nothing (e.g. return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside of the box. 
• Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box. 
• Once the item has been returned, we will need to deduct the initial dispatch and also the return freight charges from your refund. 
• Refunds will only be processed Paypal,  depending on the original method of payment.
