Cozy Manga is an online store specializing in graphic novels, manga, light novels, artbooks, and relevant products. As avid fans and collectors ourselves, we bring a curated touch with hand-picked stock and mindful handling.
Shipping and Handling:
All of our listings come with one business day handling and are shipped directly from our location in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. To help protect your purchase during shipping we will always ship your order in either a box or between pieces of cardboard if mailed in a bubble mailer.
Quality Controls:
All of our books come shrink wrapped. Any volumes that are delivered to us with no factory wrap are personally shrink wrapped once unpacked. While we will strive to shrink wrap volumes as professionally as possible, there may be some imperfections with the shrink wrap. Some volumes may come with minor imperfections or nicks if delivered as such from the publisher. Volumes with bigger imperfections will be listed as such with details.
Return Policy:
All of our listings come with a 30 day free return policy, including remorse returns. In the event you no longer want an item and wish to return it, item(s) must be received in new condition with their shrink wrap still intact for a full refund. Any items returned opened, used, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition may be subject to a variable refund deduction depending on the state of the item(s) up to 50% per the Ebay Seller Protection Policy. When returning an item, make sure to pack it properly to help prevent damage in transit. We do not offer no-return refunds and refunds will not be issued until we have received your return and inspected it.
Returns initiated due to item arriving damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or because it is the wrong item are subject to the Ebay Money Back Guarantee Policy.
If we have more of the same item in stock, you may request a replacement or a same value exchange.
Cancellation Policy:
If you made an order but have changed your mind and want to cancel please use the eBay cancellation request form or send us a message. We will cancel your order and refund you your money no questions asked so long as we have not already shipped it out. If you request a cancellation but your package has already been dropped off with the shipping carrier you will need to initiate a return request once you have received your order.
