• Shipping methods: Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.  Items are shipped no later than 1 day of payment unless it is paid on the weekend or just before the weekend.   LOCAL PICK-UPS ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED!!!! 

• Illinois buyers: Buyers from Illinois will be charged a 10% state tax
• Damages or Lost:  For damaged items, please notify me ASAP.  A claim will be filed, and if cleared by the shipping company, a refund will be issued ASAP.  Claims take 3-7 weeks to clear so please be patient.  In the event of a loss, items will be handled on a case to case basis.

• Contacting:  Please ask any and all questions via “my messages” folder located in Ebay and NOT through my email address.  I get over 400 emails a day so if it is sent to my inbox there may be a chance I might not read it.

• International and buyers outside contiguous 48 states: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, or international buyers must contact me for a shipping quote. Flat Rate quote doesn’t apply to buyers in these locations.  Items going to these areas will only be shipped via USPS PARCEL POST (4-6WKS).  If USPS priority post is desired (1-2 weeks), additional funds will be incurred.

*In the event of overcharging due to ebay’s shipping calculator, I will refund the   difference if it is substantial.
