Details

LCD Bike Wired Computer: This bicycle motor engine kit comes with a LCD bike wired computer, you can record your riding data such as speed comparison, average, max, riding time, and riding distance to make your riding more convenient and safe.

CDI Ignition Coil Kit: It comes with a thin center electrode plus a sharp ground electrode for better operation. It also comes with a spark plug for strong fire and good performance.

Application

This bicycle motor engine kit is suitable for most bikes 26 inches and above, such as mountain bikes, road bikes, cruisers, motorcycles, etc.

Installation

1. Attach the sprocket assembly to the rear wheel of the bike. All parts are installed on the side without the original bike chain. Please keep the original bike chain and do not make any changes. Install the clamping rubber on the rear wheel axle first (no cut), then on the sprocket, keeping the concave side of the sprocket tight against the outside of the clamping rubber. Install the other outer clamping rubber (with cut) on the rear axle (inside of the steel wheel spokes). Keep both rubbers tightly clamped to each side of the steel spokes. Then attach the large and small cleats tightly to the cleats (inside of the steel wheel spokes) and screw the sprocket assembly tightly to the rear wheel. Please take care to keep the pulsation between the radial and axial lines of the sprocket and the rear axle no more than 1 mm.

2. Secure the motor to the bike frame. Align the crankcase circle with the bike frame and secure it. The centerline of the cylinder is usually tilted forward about 20 degrees.

3. Fix the chain and adjust the slackness with the idler wheel.

4. Fix the protective case.

5. Fix the vent pipe.

6. Fix thegas pedal control on the right side of the bike. Fix the clutch control on the left-hand side of the bike.

7. Fix the fuel tank on the cross member of the bike and connect the fuel pipe to the carburetor inlet.

How to Connect Wires

Point 1: Blue wire and blue wire connection.

Point 2: Black wire and black wire connection.

Point 3: White wire does not need to be connected.

Notes

1. The white wire of the magnetic coil does not need to be connected and only needs to be wrapped with electrical tape to insulate.

2. The rider needs basic hardware skills, tools, and around 2-3 hours for installation and fine-tuning adjustments. 3. There should be 26" and more clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar of the frame.

4. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
