This model is brand new in the manufacturer's packaging.

The packaging may show normal signs of shelf wear/small rips in the plastic.

This came out of an adult collector's model collection.**** Unfortunately, he did smoke, so there could be a faint odor on the packaging ****

We wiped them down with a wipe and stored the product in a box with dryer sheets to get a good amount of the smoke smell out.  We can't guarantee that all of the smoke smell is out of the product.
