This seat mount is constructed out of a stainless steel base and mount with an aluminum post. It measures approximately 17 3/4" H x 6 5/8" W x 6 5/8" D overall when fully assembled. The base mounts with (8) 3/8" Dia. holes in a 3 1/4" Dia. cutout and the swivel uses a standard 5" x 5" swivel bolt pattern with a 2 3/8" Dia. post hole.
