First Time Use Tips:
1.Spend time getting used to it, wearing it for small time periods while watching TV, etc, for at least 2-3 days. This will help to adapt to the sensation of having your tongue suctioned
2.Do not stick your tongue into the device forcefully, do it gently and try little suction first. The fit should not be too tight or too loose
3.Be patient as it could take a little practice to achieve the best fit. Do not sleep with the device on until you feel comfortable wearing it for at least 1 full hr
4.During the first nights a little drooling is normal, or the device may occasionally fall off. Try different levels of suction by gently pressing the sides of the bulb to increase or release pressure
5.Once you acquire enough practice during the 1st week you'll achieve a perfect fit in a matter of secs every time you put it in
Instructions For Use:
1) Run the device under hot water to soften the silicone
2) Take the mouthpiece w/ the V-notched side facing down
3) Insert the mouthpiece pushing your tongue gently into the bulb until it touches both sides of the device. The flaps would stay out of your mouth, one facing up and the other down
4) Squeeze the two ends of the bulb gently a couple times to create a pumping action and your tongue will be drawn inward keeping the device in place while you sleep
Care Tips:
Clean the device w/ warm water daily after use and dry
Keep the device stored in the protective plastic box, also to be cleaned weekly
Don't use any product that contains alcohol for cleaning the device or its box
