  • Moonmar Fashion Studio Strapless Voile Wedding Dress with floral voile embroidery and beading to bodice upper waistline. Lace up closure to the rear of the dress - missing ribbon. The dress features pleated sculpted bust detailing. Dress features a sheer voile overlay with pleated detail hemline. Dress is very lightweight. Garment has no material composition or size label. There is some marking / staining to the lining of the dress. There is some thread pulls to the voile overlay of the dress where it appears individual beading detail has been removed? There is some minor marking towards the bottom / hemline of the dress, with other marking at the hem of the dress consistent with the garment brushing across the floor / dirty surface. 

  • Unbranded Strapless White Wedding Dress Gown with ornate floral lace and beading to the bodice. Boning to the bodice for support. Lace up rear fastening - missing ribbon. The dress features a long line sheer voile overlay. Dress is very lightweight. Garment has no material composition or size label. There is some marking towards the bottom / hemline of the dress, with other marking at the hem of the dress consistent with the garment brushing across the floor / dirty surface. 

  • Unbranded Back Fastening Halterneck White Beaded Wedding Dress with Beading Detail to Bodice and towards bottom / hemline of the dress. Boning to the bodice for support. Lace up rear fastening complete with ribbon. Garment has no material composition or size label. There is some marking towards the bottom / hemline of the dress, with other marking at the hem of the dress consistent with the garment brushing across the floor / dirty surface. There are areas of missing beading to the dress that may benefit from repair or replacement.

  • They are suitable for costume, and may be suitable as wedding dresses after some care and attention. 
  • They will not have major damage such as tears, unless specified, but will have a number of flaws/faults which will need attention before the item can be worn. 
  • For the most part this will be staining from previous use. Items are specialist clean only, and we cannot guarantee that all marks will remove. 
  • All items may also be affected by one or more of the following: minor parts of missing embellishment, small hand-sewing repairs, minor pulls, damage on the hem which can be remedied by adjusting length, minor damage which could be repaired, general signs of having been worn or stored.

Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to over 3,500 children, young adults and adults with life-limiting illnesses each year in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire, also offering support and care to their families and carers. We help adults living with cancer and none-cancer life limiting illnesses such as advanced heart failure, Dementia, motor neurone disease and incurable lung diseases. We provide specialist care and support services for children with life-shortening conditions, due to illness or injury, from birth until they no longer need us.

Can you combine postage on my orders?

UK Orders

Depending on the size and weight of the items you want to order, and the packaging we currently have available, we can usually combine postage. Please contact our team before paying for your order and we can let you know if it's possible, and provide postage quotes.

International Orders

We send all international orders via eBay's Global Shipping Programme; this means eBay is solely responsible for setting international shipping charges, and we cannot alter or influence them. This part of your payment goes directly to eBay, and any issues with delivery will be managed by eBay in line with their terms and conditions of Global Shipping. Please ensure you obtain an estimate of delivery charges before you decide to purchase an item. We can only combine items in the same parcel if they were purchased in the same transaction, i.e. all items were in your cart/basket at the time you placed the order. We cannot combine items which were purchased on different orders in the same parcel, due to import/export restrictions.

I live in a non-mainland UK location. Can you post to me?

We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce for most orders. This means deliveries to Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Island deliveries are the same price as UK Mainland for most parcels. For the Channel Islands, items up to 60x46x46 cm sent by Royal Mail are also classed as UK Mainland. For larger items to Channel Islands, please contact us before placing your order to confirm postage charges.

When should I pay for my order?

We ask that payment is made within 4 days of the order being placed, after which your order may be cancelled if we have not received any contact from you.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method chosen by you at checkout. In busy periods, this may extend to 3-4 working days after payment.

Can you hold onto my order?

No, unfortunately we cannot hold on to any orders. All of our orders must be dispatched once paid.

What are your customer service hours?

Our Dougie Mac eBay Team usually operates Monday to Saturday, 9am - 4pm. We aim to respond to all messages within 1-2 working days (but it's usually much sooner). Please Note: over public holiday periods in the UK, our response time could be delayed.

Can I collect my item?

Yes, you are welcome to collect your order. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection and to get details of our address.

What is your Returns Policy?

We accept returns from UK buyers started within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the item has been returned to us, you will be refunded. If you wish to return the item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return postage cost. We are very sorry, but we are unable to accept returns from international buyers.

What is Gift Aid?
