From a Florida estate, this is a cute vintage crown or headress made with soft artificial flowers and a green wired band. There is silver "tinsel" with multi color flowers arranged on a heavy wired crown. In the center of some of the flowers is a tiny silver bead. This would also be cute used as a base for a candle or centerpiece ring.
Measurement as shown is about 10 inches wide.
