• We only clean with gentle soap and warm water to avoid damage. 

• The items we sell may be new or pre-owned and may have normal wear, slight damage, and/or tarnish. 

• We make every effort to ensure the items we sell are as described. This includes testing to confirm metal purity if the item isn't marked, and testing for gemstone identity. 

• We try to put measurements in the jewelry description and include a photo of each piece with a U.S. quarter (25mm).
