Dimension Accuracy & Tangle

JAYO 1.75mm PLA filament is advanced precise diameter measuring during the manufacturing process. The dimensional accuracy is +/- 0.02mm. Besides, with a strict manual inspection to ensure the line is tidy and less-tangle, you can enjoy smooth printing throughout the whole process.

Neatly Wound Filament

Adopting 100% neatly lined up filament skill, it is produced with full mechanical winding and strict manual examination. Making sure JAYO PLA 1.1kg filament is tidy and easy to be fed. Say goodbye to the tangling issue and unstable printing process.

Vacuum Sealed Packaging

PLA Printing filament is completely dried for 24 hours before packaging and vacuum sealed with desiccants in a transparent bag, which protects the filament from moisture. You can get a perfect package and reliable filament.

Tips:

  1. Please make 3D printer filament is to be stored in a sealed bag or box after each print to prevent moisture.
  2. Be sure to insert the free end of the filament into the holes to avoid being tangled for next time use.
  3. If there is no print plan within a few days, retract the filament to protect the printer nozzle.
