Case and disc leave our business without damage unless otherwise stated in description. Photos are of the actual item you will receive we do not use stock images. Your item is triple checked. Checked when cleaned, listed and when packed. 


Please check your Region Code carefully. Code 4 for Australian DVD players. If you purchase another Region, please make sure you have appropriate DVD player to play DVD in before purchase. Code will be stated unless not provided on Box. We cannot be held accountable if your DVD player does not play the Region stated. 

DVD region codes:

Region 1 - Canada, the United States and U.S. territories.

Region 2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East (including Egypt) and Greenland.

Region 3 - Southeast Asia, and East Asia (including Hong Kong).

Region 4 - Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean.

Region 5 - Eastern Europe, Russia, the Indian Subcontinent, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia

Region 6 - China.

Region 0 - There is no region coding and it should work on all players.

Please ensure you have checked out listing title for Region 4 for Australian Market and or Australian DVD players.  Some items that are for example only released on Region 1 are often harder to find.

If there is no region information in the listing we do not know which region the disc is so please ensure you have an all region player.

The Blu-ray Disc region codes are as follows:

Region A: North America, South America, U.S. Territories, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and other areas of Southeast Asia

Region B: Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.

Region C: Asia (except for Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and other areas of Southeast Asia)

Region FREE: This is not an official setting, but discs that have the region FREE symbol either have no flag set or have all region flags (A, B & C) set.


We do our best to protect your Case and Disc in transit with the best packaging we can provideWe ask that your address is correct before you purchase, we are not liable for incorrect addressing. 

Your DVD/CD/Game is bubble wrapped/padded inside and comes in a padded mailer with tracking. Brand New DVD, s, CD's and games are not padded inside if you wish for us to open, and bubble wrap your disc please let us know. Note Brand new discs can dislodge in cases and become scratched in transit we strongly advise that the buyer requests for item to be opened and padded. We are not liable if disc dislodges. Contact will need to be made with your local Post Office to discuss the damages. 

At times the cases have arrived cracked due to postage rough handling due to no fault of our own. If this is the case this issue should be addressed with Australia Post for a refund as items are sent out undamaged. We do not cover refunds for this issue. Items can also run late to no fault of our own and also sometimes do not get scanned in by Australia Post. If an item is faulty, we will require the item to be returned before a refund is made. This is our policy. We do not refund if you send back a scratched disc as all our discs go out unscratched unless otherwise stated. Swapping out discs is a common scam and we are very aware of this. We do next day postage unless item is purchased on a weekend then it will be posted on Monday. 
All items are sent with tracking.

If you require DVD/CD/Game to be posted in a box, please let us know as this will incur a Small Box postage Fee.
