Item Description

An original concert ticket stub and programme from The Prince’s Trust 76th Birthday Party concert at Wembley Arena, London on the 20th June 1986. The ticket is numbered Row C, Seat 19. Although not mentioned in the programme Paul McCartney appeared in the rock ‘n roll finale performing ‘Get Back’, 'Long Tall Sally' and ‘I Saw Her Standing There’.  The concert also included performances from Eric Clapton, Elton John, Big Country, Suzanne Vega, Level 42, Joan Armatrading, Phil Collins, Ray Cooper, John Illsley, Howard Kones, Mark Knopfler, Rod Stewart, Tina Turner, Midge Ure and Paul Young. The ticket stub measures 9.5cm x 7cm (3.7 inches x 2.7 inches). It has been previously folded leaving vertical crease lines. There is a pen and pencil mark on the front. The condition is very good. The programme measures 21cm x 30cm (8.2 inches x 11.8 inches). There is some wear to the spine and light marks on the cover. The condition is very good.

Mint = As new. Near Mint = Almost like new with one or two very minor flaws. Excellent = Minor wear yet looks attractive and is perfectly usable . Very Good = Some wear and tear but overall presentable and usable. Good = Apparent wear and tear but with obvious deterioration of the condition. Poor = Extremely worn. A plus or minus after the grading indicates that the condition is marginally higher or lower than the stated grade.
