    Change of Mind Returns

    We are happy to accept a change of mind return within 30 days if the item is still kept in the original sealed Retail packaging or in resellable condition. Please send us a message via eBay within 30 days of receiving your product, including your invoice number, condition of the item and the reason for return.
    The return item should be in original, sealed and undamaged package. If the item is in resellable condition, but the packaging has been opened or seal broken, we will apply up to 15% restocking fee.        

    We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products or conditions:

    - Opened/Used software cannot be returned. 
    - Product is not in resalable condition:
        - Missing parts or accessories
        - Original retail packing missing 
        - Physically damaged or broken caused by buyer

    All Customers are responsible for Change of Mind Return shipping cost.
    We advise all customers to return products with postage insurance as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged product Returns.

    Warranty Returns

    All hardware is covered by warranty. Please contact us if you think your item is faulty. Should your product be faulty within the warranty period, it will be subject to either of the two procedures below:

    1. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
    The buyer must notify us of the DOA issue within 30 days of receiving the item. Customers claiming DOA must return the item in its original condition, with full packaging and a proof of purchase, with NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. There is an expected processing time of 1-2 weeks for DOA returns. Once DOA is approved, we will issue either a replacement or refund at our discretion.

    We kindly suggest all customers to first contact the corresponding manufacture to troubleshoot for any issues or problems with your product first, this may avoid needing to return the product if the issue can be resolved. If the manufacture confirms the product is faulty, please ask them for a Case or Reference number and provide it to our customer service along with the serial number of the product this will greatly speed up the processing time.

    We will cover the cost of return postage provided the above stipulations are met.

    2. Standard Warranty

    Standard Warranty procedure apply for items found faulty outside the 30 days DOA period, but within the specified manufacture warranty period. 

    For all hardware within warranty period, there is an estimated processing time of 2-3 weeks and the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model; or refunded if stock is not available at the manufacturer's discretion.

    Warranty Terms & Conditions

    •   Customers wanting to return an item for warranty purpose should first Message us via eBay. We will request the information we need in order to book in your case once confirmed, then issue you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number needs to be clearly marked on your return package. 

    •   Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning and any damage caused by transit for all the out of DOA products.

    •   No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Please contact us if you are having trouble installing your software or activating a software license.

    •    Physical Damage, Motherboard socket bent pins, oxidization or water damage on any products will not be covered by Warranty.

    We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products or conditions

    •    Opened / Used software cannot be returned. 

    •    Product is not in resalable condition:
        - Missing parts or accessories
        - Original retail packing missing 
        - Physically damaged or broken caused by buyer

    •    Returns without an RMA number will be rejected 

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to get a replacement or a refund for a major failure.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
