Front cover is loose from the top staple.  Staples have rusted.

Item is in weathered condition with missing corners, turned corners, edge tearing, edge chipping, creasing, staining, age discoloration and marks.  Staining and age discoloration are heavy throughout the publication.  Pages have wrinkling and creasing.  Top right corner area of the front cover is missing.
