Antique late 18th Century early1900-c French Faience hand painted bowl in the classic Chinoiserie style. The plate’s scalloped rim and vibrant color palette — rose pinks, leafy greens, and golden ochres — are hallmarks of traditional faience ware. While unsigned, its style and craftsmanship closely resemble the decorative work of Desvres or Rouen pottery from late 19th to early 20th century France that exemplified the West’s romantic interpretation of Eastern aesthetics.  Bowl measures 8" in diameter and 2" deep.
