Double Brachiopod Fossil Bolivia Devonian Belen Formation

These two different species Brachiopod fossils are fossilized as positives in same rock. Brachiopod fossils haven't been repaired and are without restoration, showing natural textures and colors. For more details, please see photos.

                Australocoelia tourteloti (Boucot & Gill, 1956)

Geological time: Devonian (416 to 359,2 million years ago)

Origin: Patacamaya (Departament of La Paz) Bolivian Altiplano. 

Stratigraphy: Belen Formation.
